Possible silly question, but how does the tradition of dowry work? It is traditional to provide dowry to either House? Not sure off the top of my head if it's the one sending away the bride, or getting it, that should get the dowry. And are there any mechanical implications, if we were to marry out/in?

Does the training requirement with a large shield apply only if you're attacking with it, or at all times when using one?
