The Tourney at Ashford

Just in case anyone missed it I'm going to be away from the 1st to the 16th of September.

I should have limited internet for parts of the 1st, 15th, and 16th. I may have a bit on the 2nd, 7th, 8th and 14th. I'm going to parts of the world for which there is zero coverage, and no idea if I'll have reliable posting on the dates I'm in Quito.

Anyway, I'll be leaving ghosting for Marqus so he doesn't disappear, and the GMs can some fun with him if folks need him for something

I won't be gone as long as Marqus, but I got a longer AFK coming up this week:

Thursday the 31st of August, I'm heading to London for the L5R Honored Invitational Event, which is on Saturday the 2nd of September. I'll be coming home on Monday the 4th of September.

My presence will be super-spotty while I'm in London, and I won't make any promises on posting in that time-period.

I have a wedding next weekend, so I will be absent all Labor Day weekend.

It's still unclear where Hurricane Irma will hit, but it's likely it will affect my area to some extent on Sunday. As such, I'll be preparing my house tomorrow and then be at work to help out and weather whatever happens. I'll post while I can before and as soon as I can after, if only to let all of you know how things are.

I will be traveling tomorrow for nearly 24 hours so access will be spotty in between airports and such.

Not really an AFK since I may well have net on the way but maybe prolonged time of wonky presence: I am flying back home this weekend. Flight is in 12h, then it lasts about 20h in sum. Then the possible travel fatigue and jetlag. I hope I'll not miss out on much.

I'm back and all is well. Internet and cell service is a bit spotty, though.
