New, Adjusted, and Restricted Qualities

The requirements are changed to read "Status 3 (Stewardship 1B) OR Knowledge Focus (Stewardry)".
Knowledge Focus
The following are the available areas of expertise for this benefit:
Maester
Despite the updated version in the Game of Thrones Edition errata, we will continue to have the Maester benefit only remove qualities tied to your birth house. You don't, after all, lose the ability to see in the dark just by becoming a maester.
Master of Ravens
The requirements are changed to read "Animal Handling 3 OR Knowledge Focus (Ravenry)".
Polyglot
The requirements are changed to read "Cunning 4 (Decipher 1B) OR Knowledge Focus (Foreign Cultures)".
Restricted Qualities
We will currently not be accepting characters with the following qualities:
