Ashford Hold
Ashford Hold is an oddity among castles in Westeros; a three, sided triangular design, Ashford Hold was designed for the purpose of watching over the nearby Ash Ford. Constructed on the ruins of the old Greenford castle, thick walls stretch between round turret towers that soar thirty feet into the air.
The hold is rather cramped with space for the main hold that contains the Ashford's family residences and a separate building serving as a great hall with a cramped stable tucked into the corner furthest from the river. The entire castle is designed for function over appearance - the stark tower stands is a grim monolith on the otherwise flat plain.
