Actually it's not, it's inverse ninja law. Which is applicable to anything that isn't zombies. And there are so many Walders around that they are all going to die easily.

Unfortunately they are not zombies. They're wights. Even vampires are susceptible to the inverse ninja law. The only ones that are immune are zombies specifically. That's why whenever the heroes have to face white walkers they can take them out. The night king is a singular entity though which is why he's so bad ass. That's why Ryu as the one protagonist ninja can kill all of the other ninja.
