For anyone not in Discord:

All houses have an outlined version of their primary goal up. Some will require a bit more explanation but will be fleshed out over Day One. You'll receive at least one secondary goal as the game plays out, possibly more depending on player actions. I'm taking questions on individual goals in the house private forums.
